Log into the Augmented Reality (AR) mobile app

Prerequisites

Make sure you do the following before you attempt to login to the Augmented Reality (AR) mobile app.

Download the Augmented Reality (AR) mobile app from Apple Store or Google Play.
Make sure you are a AMS Optics user with a AMS Optics QR Code or Join Key, and User credentials.

Use the following procedure to log into the AR mobile app.

Launch the AR application on your mobile device.
Press the QR code symbol and scan your QR code, or you can type in the code manually if you have the text.
Press the LOGIN button.
Enter your AMS Optics user name and password to complete the login process.
After you log into the AR mobile app, your mobile device displays a Satellite, Transport, or Standard view of your current location. In addition, there are three icons along the bottom of the screen; Tickets, Knowledge, and Map View. Map View is selected by default.
